You can either send your jewelry to our office or get it when you visit one of our stores. A small shipping fee may apply if you decide to ship your jewelry back to us for repairing, resizing, or refurbishing purposes.

We also offer a range of services that do not fall under our lifetime warranty, but we will gladly do. These services include diamond upgrades, modifications, and anything else that’s not covered under our lifetime warranty policy.
